the car shakes,vibrates,when you rev it or when you accelerate ![[Frown]](frown.gif) ive already got a balancer,did the timming at around 13 , this just start to happen today. what do you guys cleAN the mass air again with?maybe fuel filter? ![[Confused]](confused.gif) thanks guys ,ed

Sounds like a MAF or intake leak. Unplug the MAF, see how it drives.

i cleaned out the maf with some carb cleaner, new spark plugs,pcv valve,new fuel filter, . thanks john. its running really good now since ive did the little tune up. before the sputtering problem, when you would punch it it would sound like it was pinging like exesive taps some where in the engine. and for some reason it dosnt do it no more when i punch it ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) im going to check gaps on the old plugs. i put the platnum non-gap ones. everytime i would put the cheapies it would ping . and the 4th spark plug in on the drivers side is darker and a tad oil on it. non other though has any oil. runs good though. thanks ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)
