i just got the car the brakes dont work the brake peddel is vary soft but the more u pump the harder it gets i changed the wheel cylinders in front and checked the back its drums all around could it be the master cylinder ??????

sounds like air in the lines, you need to bleed the brake fluid more.

gravity bleed them first, then manual after that
