I bought a ACC carpet kit for a fox-body coupe from Latemodel restoration and i dont see any pre-markings of where to cut for the shifter,e-brake,ect..and was wondering if any one ever bought one and installed it their self? Need Help.

I just installed mine tonight. Take out your center console and seats and remove your old carpet and shifter, you can now scoot it in and start using a razor to cut around the shifter, put a long slit over the e brake so it will go over it and then make a square cut to what you need. Take your time. It is really easy, just time consuming. I have seen some that have VERY faint general cutouts that you can only see from the underside and some that you have to cut out all yourself.

you can also lay the new carpet over the old when its out of the car to mark and cut the holes.
