Are they comparable to anything others out there? What is a good shock/strut to run with these springs? Posts: 43 | From: Concord, Ca | Registered: Jul 2001  |  : BlackNGold CaliforniaFords.com Moderator Member # 655 posted                              The C spring is a great spring set up...Some people think they're a little stiff...They run a rate of 650lb up front and 200/300lb on the back...The C spring doesnt lower a car that much either, which isn't necessaraly a bad thing...
