this is my situation , when driving my car , 2000 v6, when i come to a stop and sit at a lite my car acts like it shivers and rpms drop from say 700 to 500 but then go back up , driving along and come to a complete stop cat vibrates for a quick seacond then goes away and doesnt do it again till i hit aanother stop lite what is the situation??????

My car was doing that when my fuel pump was going out... i know they're a b*tch to change and all but u might wanna keep it in the back of your head, maybe even put a fpg on your rail to see what your fuel pressure is at.

Try cleaning your TB also, and check your plug wires.

Do you have a K&N? Have you oiled it yourself?

your problem is probably there all the time, but you only notice it when you're at idle. If you have a chip or whatnot you should get it adjusted, as the CPU controls idle.
