Need some help here. I have a 95 gt that has bbk long tube headers custom x-pipe.I wasn't told that long tube headers wouldn't pass smog when i ordered then.I can't put my stock on because the person that installed everything cut my stock h-pipe in three pieces, and i don't want to pay again. So if any one can help out i would be very thankful.also need some stock pony rims for my 90-gt,and some lowering springs too...

Does your car have cats on it right now? If so, you may have a chance depending on weather it passes the sniffer test. A few smog techs may look the otherway as long as it passes the sniffer. Take it in and run a 'test only' where they don't enter your VIN into the computer. It should only cost $15 or so. If you pass, then see if the guy will go for the whole boogie.
