I left the vaccume line off for the blower bypass valve on accident. I drove a few miles and the car was perfect I think. The car was running when I was looking over my work at the gas station and noticed that the little hose was off. This was causing a vaccume leak and not letting air bypass when I dont want boost;like when I let off full throttle. However rite when I pluged the hose on, the car idel surged for a few seconds and died. could that valve be fucked up causing the hard ideling problems when the car is warmed up? I can blow or suck through the bypass hose,Is that normal?

The valve should only flow when theyres vacuum applied to the small port. check to see if the small port holds vacuum. With no vacuum applied to the small port, you shouldnt be able to blow thru it easily...

With the car off,Should I be able to blow into or suck the small port with minor restriction?

from what i remember, it should hold pressure or vacuum on the small port. If its leaks, then it probably wont bypass enough air properly.
