I just finished checking the lifters on the LIghtning (they're good). I had a knocking noise: loose rocker arm on #1 intake valve.

I torqued the fulcrum bolts on the rockers in the right order, with #1 @TDC, degreed the crank, etc. The pushrods aren't spinning; should I care?
I torqued em to 22 ft lbs.

I didn't use a bleed-down tool: phuck it...

I wouldnt worry about it... no adjustment, so its just a matter of boltin em down
