Yes its new, it was just painted, don't know what brand, it came with my Cobra, $1000 was spent with painting.

does it line up good like a high dollar piece or is the fit not very perfect? and curious to if stock glass will fit? are u sure it wont fit ?

There was $1000 spent between purchasing and paint so I don't think it was a cheap setup and I dont you can run a stock glass in it, it's more of a pin on rear hatch.
