I have new still in unopened box King Cobra Clutch kit for $80 and a used flywheel $30. Kit has the throw out barring and all the other junk for install. The clutch fits 87-93 and will fit the other years with a flywheel upgrade. Flywheel in good condition with no teeth damage. Will post pics soon.

STANGSALLY76 is right, and I should have stated that, so to correct myself it will fit 86-95. The 85's and older have a different flywheel and clutch size which can be upgraded by basically installing both 86-95 clutch and flywheel.

anyone else ever seen a king cobra clutch like that??? i havent??? just curious. i thought the kc clutches were only through fms and made by valeo.

That clutch there is through Astro Performance Warehouse, Theyre located in Florida, its their version of the FMS one. Its a great clutch kit, ive used one in my old 88' and it held up nicely.

Actually, there are several companys that make King Cobra clutches. Astro Performance clutch is really good. I previously had one in by Valeo in my 91 and after about 7 months of normal driving use, it went bad. I replaced it with the Astro Performance over a year ago and I haven't had any problems with it all. I bought this one a few months ago to put in my 85 but since I'm putting a Spec Stage 2 in the 91, I'm just going use the one from it to put in the 85, so I have no use for it.

I can;t believe this thing hasn't sold yet I just paid $179 for a new king cobra at vic hubbars the other day.
