Thanks for the link, Drew. Pretty sure I would have busted into the 8's on the next pass but decided to save that for another day. The two previous passes were 9.16 and a 9.15. Car is running really strong and A/F is still in the low 10's.

Thanks guys. The color is called Titanium Frost (silver) and it has a C-4 3 speed not 2. If you listen carefully you can hear the 1-2 shift just past the start line barrier.

I thought I was hearing that first shift there early in the run, but figured if it was a three speed you would speak up. Who built the C4 that your running?

Johns car is a long time favorite of mine. I ended up with his last 306, even got the tea heads eventually.
I think this thing has been together longer than anyone else 9 second mustang on here??

It's a Dynamic Mighty Mite M2 with a TCT 9" converter.

Great car, always been a favorite of mine since seeing it in MMFF. I'm a big fan of the simple, clean approach, and this car does it right!

It's hard to say how much money I have in it because it has been in a constant state of modification since 1991. This engine is the fourth and I've had several different transmissions. I would't be surprised if I've put 80-100k in it since I bought it new. To get everything in it's current state I would estimate around 40K, not including all of my labor time.
