Thanks for the link, Drew. Pretty sure I would have busted into the 8's on the next pass but decided to save that for another day. The two previous passes were 9.16 and a 9.15. Car is running really strong and A/F is still in the low 10's.

Thanks guys. The color is called Titanium Frost (silver) and it has a C-4 3 speed not 2. If you listen carefully you can hear the 1-2 shift just past the start line barrier.

Johns car is a long time favorite of mine. I ended up with his last 306, even got the tea heads eventually.

I think this thing has been together longer than anyone else 9 second mustang on here??

I know what you're saying. Up until last year I had every receipt for every part I bought since 1991. The stack looked like the health care bill. Finally dumped them all when I realized I never wanted to add them up (probably take a week). I'm probably low balling the numbers to Rodriguez out of self preservation
