I'll be there with the 8 sec stang. It's got a 337 SBF with a D2 procharger (12 rib belt), weighs 3030lbs with me in it. Come over to the comp rod lanes and check it out. Teal blue back-halved 90 Mustang.

That's right, no ET limits at Infineon but you do need to run some sort of muffler to make the 115db noise limit. They measure noise in the burn-out area.

I'll see you there Kevin. My race weight is 600lbs more than yours! I am trying to get an 11.60 setup dialed in with sticky tires but it is going to be hot again. I slowed it down last week with extra fuel and lower timing to run the ET Streets and stay over 11.50, but it was so damn hot it was in the 11.70's. Also, the ET Streets were brand new and were not hooking like they should.
Warhorse58gt, you can't go under 11.50 in the street class and you have to run mufflers. If you want to go under 11.50, you just have to run in Comp Rod with Kevin's 8 second ride.

I broke an axle in the 3rd round of eliminations!! This new clutch definitely works better than my Centerforce. This is what I was afraid of. Now I don't have time to upgrade. I just have to find another stock axle to throw in for this weekend!

Mine would have looked just like that if I didn't break the axle. LOL!!
Before that I did get the times where I wanted them. I ran 11.58, 11.59, 11.66, and 11.61. Then bang!!
