If a miracle occurs and I get my trans leak figured out, AND get my Griggs stuff installed Saturday, I'll be there Sunday.
Doubtfull though
Jersey, Don at Norcal Trans was stacked today, he'll get it apart for sure tomorrow and get back to me. He just updated me with that. [ January 24, 2006, 05:29 PM: Message edited by: hidnn.o.s. ]

I'll deffinitely call you when I hear back. Yes, I met Vince. Good guy. We can take care of his trans as well and I can always bring it with me to the track next time if he doesn't want to make the drive all the way to me just to pick it up.
Talk to you tomorrow

How crowded are the bracket events? Anyone know?
I'd imagine the $40 tag keeps the numbers reasonable.
I'd be happy to go out there for some shake-down runs if I can get 5+ passes...
If not, I'd rather wait for Sac
Just checked weather.com Rain Fri, Sat, and Sunday...

It's only $20 to run at Sears Point. You generally get 3 time trials if you get there EARLY and from there it all depends on YOU as a driver.

It's $40 to run for money, $20 to run in trophy. You'll want to run in trophy.
None of this will matter, it'll be raining anyway [ January 25, 2006, 06:05 PM: Message edited by: hidnn.o.s. ]

Oh man, thats too bad.
I promised myself years ago I would never go back to Sears Point due to the numbers present there.
It's fun, but the logistics of that place really turned me off. Too bad for the rain, otherwise I'd consider Sac this weekend.
Slicks are mounted, boxes are welded up, and I am ready to go.
Would love to line em up with you sometimes and see how far off I am from your 103+mph vert.

you could always pay $60 and run back to back Trophy and sportsman or whatever that's called. couple of my buddies do that and are guaranteed to run atleast 8 times. most of the time they get over 10 runs:patriot: i think i'll be doing that next time since i'll need to relearn to drive the car with juice. . Shiat.. i need to lear to drive the car wihtout juice too [ January 25, 2006, 06:57 PM: Message edited by: Jmir018 ]
