I explained why it's that price to Brandon and the guy who bought it. RPM "cannot" sell medical grade, nor can any other local shops. Nitros Plus has sulfur but is MUCH more expensive. Basically locals killed it for us NOS users. RPM used to sell medical grade and was near the same price as APEX back when I used NOS. If RPM had the option, beleive me, they'd still sell medical grade. It's not price gouging. Just wanted to let you guys know so you don't think you are being screwed by RPM directly. RPM's "cost" is "MUCH" more expensive than what APEX sells their medical grade for.
Hope this helps you guys understand. I personally went to Brad, owner of RPM, with these concerns because I was unaware of the reason behind the price difference since I used to use it to now as well. He pulled out his paperwork and showed me all his costs while explaining the difference and reasons medical grade NOS is not available to him or local speed shops.
It helped me understand

for a blowdown tube get a heater hose and clamp it on the valve then stick it through one of the holes that are in the floor of your trunk. i ran out there for 2 years like that. i get my bottles filled at mizzi's auto he charages me $4.00lb. call dom @ 707 4298820
