non street legal? What do I have to do? Hide my plates? How fucking impossible is that to enforce, lol.
if necessary, they can pull up your favorite smog-tester mechanic and I can prove I'm not street legal, LOL!
(btw, I'm pretty sure this is a typo, see the other thread in here about it)
