Well i certianly had fun today and i know others did also. I achieved a goal i had of hitting an 11 with ME driving and went right past my cars best (which was an 11.97 with Drew driving)to the tune of an 11.77 at 116.8 geeze some of you guys were as excited about this as i was. Then i toss the keys to Drew and he ripps off an 11.53 at 118.8 mph . Dang this car is running good these days.

Awesome times & MPH Rhett! Simple, effective H/C/I setup w/ displacement. I bet you'd pick up another MPH from a ported Lower intake. New goal of 120MPH perhaps???

Ya thats my best. Every pass I would hit the fuel cutoff. Gotta get used to how fast the RPMs come up. Theres still a lot left in it. [ March 01, 2003, 06:22 PM: Message edited by: bunchmyfunky ]

not sure on the compression ratio. the intake is a performer rpm that i spent some time smoothing at home. the headers are untouched 1 5/8 bbk long tubes.

2 backflips seems about right!!!!!!!!! i got a personal best, car's best, and my cobra is officially FASTER than my LX on spray!!!!!!!!!!
OMG! I am SO happy!!!!!!!!!
first run was a fairly unimpressive 13.5 @ 116.1 spinning like a DOG on 32psi Nittos.
second run i let out some air to a total of 18 psi and pulled off a 12.1 @ 120.8 mph!!!!!!!!!! i couldn't believe it! i really thought the mph was wrong, but when i ran 3 more 121+ mph passes, i have to believe!
my best run was an 11.84 @ 122.4 mph!
not bad with STOCK gears, eh?

Congrats on the 11 second timeslip Rob. I didn't think it was possible with the stock gears. Gotta love "free" boost from that Anderson Power Pipe
I think your car is the second fastest 4.6L around here now.
