Good question but this is a very broad response that's to labor intensive on the fingers.
-Romney is pro life
-Romney believes in the principle of "reaganomics" wherein you cut taxes which is believed to bring in economic growth etc.
-Romney suggested that welfare recipients should go to work immediately!
-Romney is in favor of capital punishment.
-Romney obviously wants to lower the deficit but so does every other president
-Romney is in favor of finding our own forms of energy and being self sufficient
-Romney is not out to take our guns away like the Pro Socialist we have in office now. He's in full support of the second amendment...this is very big here fellas.
-Romney is obviously for business and built in America
-Romney is a proponent of legal immigration
These are just a few off hand and I'm not pro life.
If Romney is elected we will still have problems no doubt but I feel they'll be less than what we have now. At least the country will be stalled out on the socialistic agenda of the current administration and your 2nd amendment rights will be preserved. which I'm very pro.

Like I have said in past posts, I question whether or not Mitt is really going to make a difference. I found a picture the other day outlining the similarities between the two but I can't find it now. We'll see what he does with the crazy person in Iran.

I agreed that American troops no longer need to be in another nations, fighting for people who don't appreciate Americans being there anyway. 100% agree with you on what happened to Russia. I'd advise the OP to do extensive research in the coming days and determine it for yourself. This really isn't the forum for this discussion as there are just too many misinformed people on here. Do yourself a favor and watch or re-watch the presidential debates, read the hundreds of articles that are out there, do your research on the props that are applicable to you and yours. At the very least if you are unable to do all this and more to get informed of the facts then I suggest you find the candidate whos moral compass agrees with your own and go with your gut. I in no way want to sway you on who to vote for as I'm sure you have enough of that in your face as it is. This election is as important if not more important than the last. However, if it is election day and you are still unsure on who to vote for just don't vote at all and make sure to do your due diligence next time.

I see from the above post a lot of Romney's promises...but I am interested in understanding exactly how he plans on accomplishing these lofty goals...case in point Taxes. I believe he said that he would reduce everyone who makes under 250,000 tax rate by 20% while removing standard deductions. That actually will raise tax revenue and increase the amount of tax you pay. How exactly is that better?...healthcare, he will replace Obamacare with Romneycare...no change..Foriegn Affairs he just finally agreed that he would do exactly what Obama has done in regards to the war, Libya, and China...Jobs...as a business man every company Romney has led he bought them while they were in decline let them go bankrupt, laid off all the workers, sold the assets, rebranded them, hired back half as many workers as he laid off, sold the company for a small profit. That isn't exactly what our economy needs...what would the employment rate be today without the auto industry bailout?...Honestly I would actually consider voting for Romney if at least one of his positions on anything was better than Obama's...they are not, just different, and some are plain ridiculous...can someone pls enlighten me on one thing Romney will do and how...not what or why you don't like Obama...
