Apple will win this case hands down. I took a look at the Galaxy 3 and the similarities are striking. The look, feel, and use were copied from Apple. Samsung will lose, so buy your Galaxy's now. Or just wait until iphone5 comes out in september. BTW, I'm an Apple user and the Galaxy 3 is a better phone, but I couldnt help but notice how it looked and operated like my iphone, and nothing like my daughters Droid. LOL.
What is your take?

Apple is over rated!!! But I think I'm going to buy my first iPhone5 once it comes to see what all this hype is about. I'm a Droid user because every time a new iPhone would come it never impressed me. The new iPhone better impress me or else!!!

U guys are expecting too much for the 5 IMO. Probably just LTE capability and a bigger screen. Can't wait to make the switch to a droid from my ip4.

i used to hate on iphones cuz i didnt think they were all that dope. but then i actually gave one a try and i can never go back.
not gonna lie, theyre a lil over rated and droids have alot more shit you can do but the feel of an iphone is unmatched. the smoothest phone i have ever had.

Apple took Samsung to court. Verdict should be out in about a month. Not looking good for Samsung, at least from the news reports.

The Galaxy is a kick ass phone and the technology is already topping what Apple has released for the Iphone 5.
