Got some funny replies.. Let me clear some things up...
I'm not looking for another car to go fast so I don't care what it runs in the quarter mile. I also am just playing with the idea.. 04 745's have crossed my eye as well... I NEVER live outside my means... If I got one I understand maintence is going to cost more that's why I made this thread to find out about how much....
I won't be pulling the trigger no earlier than next year so I have nothing but time to decide... Throw out some other nice luxury cars under 20k used... I realized I work too hard and too much to not cruise the weekend in luxury lol...

Don't get a 745, too many problems, mine was at the dealership more than at my house, BMW bought it back from me after 2 years of hell.

I think you want an 05+, 03/04 had more issues. Porsche CPO warranty is really good also if you can find one with it. [ April 24, 2012, 05:51 PM: Message edited by: gray03gt ]

because that's not how 99% of them look. (and those wheels/tires, grill, and door sills look hideous, IMO).

I don't take anything on the internet serious, and a response like that is expected with a name like mine

Because buying a Sport Utility Vehicle and lowering it on big rims and thin tires and ruining what limited offroad and tow ability it already had... is retarded. You're effectively driving a big body station wagon or a sporty mini van at that point. Except heavier, slower, and less economical.
And once you lose that which makes a sporty SUV special, namely, to be fast AND go offroad, why not just do it right and start off with a bad ass wagon to begin with? BMW, Mercedes, and Audi all make amazing wagons...
I stand by my original recommendation. If you want a luxurious european SUV with power, go Range Rover Supercharged or Range Rover Sport Supercharged.

Also why does every car/suv question turn into "oh get (blank) it can run 12's. I for one im looking for a family friendly suv not a drag suv.
Point is, Cayenne is what he's inquiring about, AND IT RUNS 12'S
My comment wasn't directed towards you it was towards the "stall and 150 shot"
But whatever
Just as fast as your porshe SUV half the cost. just cheap interior.
