Asics Gel nerve 33. The best gym shoes I have ever had. They are awesome if you have a high arch. nikes and adidas are not built for high arch people

This

This is what I use as well. Tastes good with water or milk and does not have a bunch of additives.

BTW
I get all my supps from Bodybuilding.com. Excellent pricing and you get free stuff.

"ON" is my personal
favorite as well. Low on sugar, tastes good, and reasonably priced.

Plus 1 can't go wrong with gold standard. Don't buy under armor just to workout I lift with just a tang top or the golds gym tanks an a pair of shorts or track pants it's way less expensive.
I agree with blackfifty. To be honest people tend to laugh at cats, with all the under armor, sweat bands and weight lifting belts on. I work out in hoop attire basically, cut off sleeves t-shirts or a wife beater and hoop shorts.
Lol I feel you N8 I was digging more there sweaters but I didn't know how expnsive they were. So I'm just sticking to basketball shorts and a tee still haha fuck it. Id rather buy me a nice fit to wear after the gym haha. [patriot]
