what definition of "latin" are we going with for this? like, latin america (south american countries)? or countries who's people are descended from latin language speakers? (which would include italy, spain, portugal) Or any spanish speaking nation who could be considered "hispanic" by American standards? (which would include several island nations in the caribbean pacific like Cuba and Puerto Rico)
if we're including countries around the mediterranean like italy, I'd have to vote for Marisa Tomei... always had a thing for her

Italians are generally lumped into the "white" category here in America... but Italy is part of the International Latin Union. Jus sayin
and saying you have "white" Hispanics like Spanish people... You realize the term "Hispanic" comes from Hispania, which covers the modern day countries on the Iberian Peninsula... namely Portugal, and Spain... using the term hispanic to describe Mexicans is purely an American ideal...

Italy, Portugal, and Spain are part of Europe. Last time I checked Europeans are white. Mexicans are non white Hispanics. Hell, u have black Hispanics as well in Cuba etc. Spain conquered Mexico which is why they speak Spanish even though it slightly differs from what they speak in Spain.
