Nope. I poured my heart, soul, and paychecks into my first Mustang... an '87 LX hatch. It had a built 306, World Class T5, full suspension, chrome Ponies... all the coolest stuff for the mid to late 90's.

It went to the big glue factory in the the sky back in November '99. Bald drag radials and a downpour don't mix. I never seem to keep anything any more. I call it Automotive ADD but I'm probably just emotionally scarred from losing my first Mustang like that.

89 lx hatch Oxford white w/80xxx miles auto bone stock solid car sold it because it was a auto and didnt know anything about t5 conversions. Wish I would have kept it but it got replaced with a bameni blue 92 with t5 loved that thing on satin 17 inch cobra r's thought I was the man mind you I was 18 at the time and r's were the shit.

I still do have mine. Bright regatta blue '89 5L LX hatch, 5-speed. I'm dating myself here, bought it from the 1st owner in 1990 with 29,000. on the clock. The first Ford in a Chevy family. Both my grandfather and dad worked for GM in Fremont.

My first car was a bright orange '67 coupe.

Owned it 3yrs and daily drove it to high school in Berkeley.

I sold it to buy my first 5-liter.

I don't currently own a Mustang due to space, priorities, blah, blah, blah, you know how it goes.

Will own an obnoxious toy once again someday [Big Grin]

My first mustang was a 88 mustang gt burgundy then my second one was a 1990 mustang which I regret selling it. Well pretty much I regret selling any of my mustang in my past years.
