I do 400 mile drives with 430 gears in my `97 and 373 gears in my `89 all the time.

24-26mpg depending on which car, going 75mph the whole way on cruise control.

it really just depends if the car has been kept up and is good mechanically, just like any 20 year old car.

You make more HP for the mods and get better gas mileage than anyone I ever heard Kevin. Something is wacky about you and your calculations or you have very friendly speedo gears

No V8 Mustang I ever owned got better than 21-23mpg on the highway without 2.73/3.08 gears, lol.
