Hell yea, just got my CCW Classics in the mail today! Im fuckin juiced man!

But I did slap on some new shoes on the Faleen. They're a bit of a downgrade, but whatever ![[Cool]](cool.gif) Just a set of 17x9 Cobra R's that I rattle canned matte black and added a white stripe on the lip. They're just my track wheels...still got my white saleens hibernating in the garage ![[Wink]](wink.gif)

Thanks bro! I just used white pin stripe from Kragen for the wheel stripe. Oh, so you know Noel? Yea we hooked up yesterday so he could pick up my last two rims. Seems like a cool cat

Right in bro thanks! I don't plan to run these wheels for cruises or anything, just my beater wheels so I can buy cheap 17" tires for open tracking. I've considered painting the wing but I may be swapping it out for something else in the near future...I'll be giving the hood some black treatment as well if I do persue my plans for the wing

Trust me Jason, I do too! I still have them and will use them for street use but since I pretty much never drive my at anymore aside from on trackdays, I had to slap on a cheaper alternative. Buying "good" tires in 17" is a shit load cheaper than buying them in 18". Plus, my white powdercoat was getting beat up badly with all the brake dust and debris so I had to pull them off.

Yea they are small...but I didnt put them on for looks. I'm running 17's for the tracks. Cheaper tires and more options to choose from. I still got my white 18" Saleen speedlines in te garage for the "cruise/ show" days

There certainly going to hide the brake dust better that's for sure. At first I wasn't that hot about the stripe but I'm liking it better now. I think black wheels tend to make them looks smaller in general vs Silver or chrome.

Yup, hiding the brake dust was the main purpose of the black paint. I typically hate all black wheels so I had to add the white stripes. They're no show stoppers but they'll get the job done. I agree, black does make the wheels look smaller, that along with the stripe make for a 14"- looking wheel
