I been talking to the owner of that craiglist add through text... He said he don't care about viewing this thread, he's a chevy man and didn't know ford pus sys had a website... He said he ain't tripping he got it for 1k.. And said he will easly get three for it... I told him he should make su the new owner knows about the torque boxes.. Don't think he is..hope know one gets injured...fucked up shit people do

Just talked to him again, being pretty cool now...The guy didn't know what torque boxes were I just told him and he is very worried.... He says he prob knows now we it pulls very hard to the left.... That's some really fucked up shit for the guy who KNEW about it.

Damn dude that's shady to have let that car go to someone knowingly that it had those problems. I bought a 87 hatch in that condition and I'm so glad I found it before it killed me. But that kid really should have inspected it before hebought it. Some people these days are messed.

Come on now everybody. We've all been ripped off once or twice in our lives. And we take that shit and learn from it. I bet that kid wont go out and buy another car without inspecting it first. We Shouldnt put this guy on blast for ripping someone off. Ok, well he made money by shining up a piece of shit and selling it for more than its worth. Who cares??? It all comes down to your moral character, if you can sell an unsafe car to some unsuspecting kid then your a shitty person. I can't sell something that I have any doubt in without at least disclosing the issue to the buyer. I sold my Lightning and because I had a feeling the head gaskets were bad I replaced them before making the deal. The truck really didn't have any issues but the small amount of water loss made me feel uneasy so I spent the money and time to make myself feel better about the whole deal. Not everyone would do that obviously.
