this is what the 14th amendment says:
Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

born or naturalized and Citizens of the United States not illegal
My opinion and that's all it is, is that I am an immigrant my old lady and our families are all immigrants who are now citizens and we gladly show papers id whatever to Police when asked without bitching about it being unfair. [ July 31, 2010, 04:50 PM: Message edited by: fstryde3 ]

Is what makes it unconstitutional, then combine it with the 4th amend. that states : The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Makes it unjust to target a WHOLE race that fits the description of an illegal immigrant. The law would have effected many people who were not criminals and were not illegals

I wonder if your gonna change your mind when your driving your stang and someone t-bones your car, injuring you. The cops show up ( which we all ready know you hate the police cause their out to get you.) and the guy who hits you is an illegal. They arrest him, he post bail and never shows up to court. This happens everyday, it's only a matter of time before someone you know is affected by illegals. Maybe if someone is killed or injured that you love and care about you will wake the fuck up and realize how bad this is for our country.

a person without insurance is a person without insurance. Wouldn't matter if they are illegals or not. You can always pick situational events and direct it to blame a group. Laws should be just for everyone regardless of your race, sex or handicaps. If you are a criminal you should be punish. If you are minding your own business, you have a consitiutional right to be left alone.
