Not doing much more to it. Engine is rebuilt, it will be on its way to paint after I make it back out Dans way and then get a tune. Then I hand the keys to my son (after I drive it a lil bit).

Roushes do look really good from the rear view mirror of a Cobra

ya 03/04 cobras are nice and fast, good bang for the buck, BUT it aint no Saleen of course they cost like 3x as much as a cobra but if i had the money i would get a Saleen and not a 03/04 is what im saying....."SOME" Saleen's do lack power but not all of them, and def not handling
this over a cobra anyday! no competition....

Of course you can compare a new car to an old one and say its better. If your going to make the comparison against that saleen it would make more sense to look at the same year "cobra" which would be the GT 500. In factory trim for 03/04 you won't find a saleen or roush faster than the cobra except for an s281 extreme. And anyone who road races willl tell you an IRS is much better for road racing than the 4 link live axle setup.
All good cars though. Just depends on what look you want.

I still would prefer a Roush. The speed comparison is great for those that race. But I would not be mad if I ended up with a Cobra.
