Never did "bodybuilding" but have been doing olympic lifts and powerlifting for quite some time. I cut down 25lbs from my high school weight and have continued to push my strength quite high. The biggest two things I see that people struggle with are form and commitment. You need to be exercising daily to see changes and you need to be doing the correct workouts with the proper form. The next problem is overcoming your own mind and "limits" which you may perceive. Every time you lift, challenge yourself to lift heavier or more reps. It's more mental than anything.

^^^ I know what you mean I have the diet amd my workout down its just being patient I have a poblem with, I want results.asap but I know that's always not gonna be the case

Making the moderators cyber-sit me is probably a good way of getting my account locked for a while. I know they're busy folks volunteering their time to help others out.It's selfish of me and others who make their task more time consuming and difficult than it already is. In fact I should either chip in and help out or not participate at all. I'm going to do my best to be part of the solution and not the problem from now on.
