Dave, try some Tide laundry soap with a few sprinkles of water and a wire brush.

We used a presure washer to get oil outa my dads shop. It worked well, just time consuming

Go to Lowes into the paint section. Look for Valspar brand. They have a great cleaner

kitty litter just soaks up the oil dosen't help get the stains out
i have a pressure washer an since i have oven cleaner i will try that frist it's what i use to clean engines with
