If he has an 04 zo6 that runs low 13's he is either a horrible driver or something is wrong with his car
no your wrong...they run like a 12.8 or 9 with a pro driver.....low 13s is normal for a normal driver
Anyone who cant average a 12.5 in a c5 zo6 needs some drivin lessons. My best was a 12.0@116 and my average was 12.2/12.3. Most people just simply do not know how to drive.

not too happy with creeks and cracking sound while driving, car always sat out not in the garage and for some reason it would always fog up inside dont know if water or moisture coming in.never got into an accident.good luck all in all great car for commute 2 seater, power, mpg is great and looks.

I had all the same problems, but i have to say it was 1 of the funnest cars to drive.

I've owned a 2000 Corvette with 30K miles on it for about 2 years now. I am surprised on how many small stupid things that have gone wrong:
1) Column lock bypass (locked up when I was at AM/PM)
2) Head lights (pop up gears on both sides stripped out at 28K miles)
3) Remote & tire pressure sensor RF transmitter needed reset. Tires and remote to lock/unlock went off line.

I am a hands on owner so I fixed them all for about $50 bucks but I am surprised that GM's flagship car is so glitchy.

The HUD is cool. The car is super smooth on power and brakes, its much more stable than my 5.0.

For what they are going for now my opinion = great sports car for cheap.
