Hope you make more than 650hp for that many cubes, otherwise I might be tempted to call it "inefficient"
The two-bolt main won't be an issue at the power level you stated, assuming a good balance job, no detonation, etc

My 1996 F-250 truck has a 460 in it. It only makes about 275 hp though. All my stangs make more power than that. Amazing that a stroker kit can bring it up that high. Maybe I could bore and stroke my truck's motor, put it in one of the stangs, and put the stang's 347 in the truck...

You'd be better off and much happier with a dart based motor.
Especially if your using a production block 460. Just like anyother production windsor block they are crap....and just like if you bored and stroked a 302 past 347 or a 351 past 408 a 460 past 512 cid begins to have the problems of these.
Over heating poor life span etc etc. But if bragging right is what you want they make 552 kits for the production block 460 and I believe up to 600 cid for aftermarket A460 block.
Personally I'd take a 351 dart based blower/turbo motor any day over a heavy ass 460 based set up.

Anyway........with that many cubes at least you wont have to run the shit out of it to make that power and you can stay N/A. Should be a nice foundation for a cool cruiser/old school.
