john was cool... when he was there.
after going back 4 or 5 times. and still not satisfied.... the the list of problems continues to grow.
I gave up on "them" 2 months ago. The 90 day warranty I believe is up.
anyways like I said I gave up on them. I have moved on.I was getting my clutch done at a different shop. Now my frustration came back again. Do to "them".
Poor workmanship pisses me off. Tightening a flange with an impact gun on one side so its tilted is ridiculous. you are supposed to hand tighten one side of the flange little by little and back to the other side on so on.
I got so mad... I was on my back trying to get some distance between the x pipe and the tranny mount. It was cool for a minute but now is banging again.

I dont think shops should be given a free pass when they F' up. Yes everyone makes mistakes.. but its whats happens after that matters and so far some have failed real bad..
