that was mustang week 05 with the kb cobra, 06 was sn95 kb car that went over the island thing farther down and hit a few cars and there was a gt that spun out and ALMOST hit.

I remember when this video first came out, when I was religiously following SVTP (although I lost contact with that post). Anyhow, I remember they kept the user id secret. But supposedly it was someone that had really good driving skills, they just had that mistake that one day. Did they ever reveal what member it was?

shit happens.. could happen to anyone.. i remember hitting a a sidewalk with the cobra while i had two friends out for a test drive.. ended up getting a new bumper and a bigger heat exchanger

I know accidents can happen to anyone but when you have three wide open lanes, that should be more than enough room to keep it in control. If you look at the video, you can hear that he pulled it out of gear when he started to slide to his left and he slammed on his brakes. All driver error. He should have stayed in gear while feathering the throttle and countersteering. I'm not saying I'm a pro driver, but I've scared myself enough times in the old clunker I have while doing the tire roasting ritual. ![[dance]](graemlins/dance.gif)

I heard that the 03 04 cobras had a recall on the gas pedal sticking to the carpet. I wonder if that is what caused the crash. As for the SN car, I think he just didn't know how to drive.lol
