thats what my neighbors got as a wake-up! attached to my garage in the rear was a one bedroom apt. it shared the wall with the back wall of the garage. i wonder why they couldn't keep it rented?

thanks for the comments, i would love to leave it primer for ever, but it gets really dirty quick, i'm thinking of painting it flat black like the old schools cars but at the same time the dark shadow grey would looks really nice

not in pic but got the lx tailpipes and a new set of tires- 275/40 rear and 245/40 in the front. also fixed my 'exhaust leak'. its a long term project for right now.
