Nope, i made it throught the interview and went to the Mass orientation and when they showed/told us what we'd be doing i said F*** that and bounced cuz i knew id F*** my back or something up. Best of luck to u.

basically what fast_bitch said.... with phlebotomy id be doing a lot of drawing blood and working in the lab processing it along with other things..... and externship means basically that i went to a certain school and they find me a place to get more hands on training with real patients and not the students... and id get to work in a real lab.... my externship is going to be at stanford hospital... i have an interview with them in 2 hours so im a little nervous and i have a damn test to take when i get there too... so yea... there you go.... hope i explained it well enough... and i dont think anyone thinks ur a dumbass ive had a lot of people asked me what phlebotomy was...

i heard that you had to work there for 5 years before you can even apply for that position to be considered.

well i went for my interview today for my externship at stanford... geez didnt know they were so strict... but anyways i pretty much passed the test... i just gotta wait til the end of the week to see if i get the externship and if i do ill be starting the week after next so it basically gives me a lil time to do my national test... woo hoo! ... i hope i get it...
