so what's the deal with best buy? how can you pre-order one?? do you have to get a minimum set of accesories included w/ the system in order to pre-order one??

I honestly think its too late to preorder... I think to get one now... just show up early, or wait until the demand dies down.

Bad news for alot of preorder folks. Here in the bay and the central valley alot of places said they were under shipped. So even pre-orders are going to be first come first serve. I am going to try to catch a midnight release somewhere. Maybe hire a crack head to stand in line for me...lol

Only 12 Bestbuys are doing Midnight openings in the nation (Walmart is doing them too). And Im close to one of them .

Nah its not a hype. A few bestbuys, gamestop and target has already made sure extra cops are there for the irrate folks, that dont get a xbox.

they said the same thing about the 1st xbox... there wasnt any problems in WA... but people in CA are crazy, so I wouldnt doubt it.

Thats the bundle I bought. I was going to get everything that it came w/ anyways.
Premium System includes:
Hard drive
Head set
Wireless controller
Media remote
Extra:
3 games of your choice(50-60 each)(one of my games got delayed until next year)
Extra Wireless controller $50
2-yr warranty from best buy $50
2 Wireless contoller chargers $20 ea.
My bundle will probably run about $650 since one of my games got delayed. You just have to put down a down payment of $200 on the system and $5 down for wach game. And whos to say you can't return any of the stuff after you get your bundle. As long as you keep it in the plastic and keep the receipt you can return it.

Just read the reviews for the sports game and all the EA games suck. Go to IGN and check out the Xbox360 reviews. Sounds like they rushed them out and they are missing a lot of features.
NBA Live was only rated a 5.8 out of 10 and Madden as all kinds of options missing from it that the regular Xbox does have.... ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

Got my system yesterday or I should say early AM today. I got to Bestbuy at 4:45pm and I was pretty far back for the Midnight opening. I couldnt believe it! To see how close I got, I was literally the last person to get a green strap. It was that close! Im happy, but I got the CORE with a harddrive. Which is really what matters, I just didnt get the small accesories that come in the PREMIUM. Im just happy I got the system.

Well Best buy just called me and told me my package is ready. I'll be pickin up mine after work today. It'll feel good to just walk in there and pick it up. I would of never waited in those rediculous lines. I actually saw people sleeping on the street this morning on the news. Now thats LAME. I think I'm gonna exchange Madden 2006 since it got such bad reviews. My friend also called me and told me Madden for 360 sucks major BALLS. I can't wait
