Damn, I can't say how excited I am about winning this ticket. I give much props to PAT at ticket assasins. He gave me a pretty sweet letter to submit to the courts and it WORKED! Found not guilty as of 10/11/05. My ticket was 49mph in a 35mph. Not big at all, but it takes one away of my 2 speeding tickets that I had pending. Now I just have one more to fight, which is the bigger one. Doing 110 mph caught on the freeway. But I also have another letter provided by his site to dispute that one. That one is going to be a little tougher to fight, or I should say longer and more in depth. But I have a good feeling on this one too (knock on wood).
His donation fee of $25 already took its value just for the small ticket. If I happen to lose the bigger ticket, I still definitely recommmend his site for fighting tickets. It works, this was my first time and Im a believer now!
Wish me luck on the bigger one. I should get a first response within a week or two on a infraction that the judge did at my pleading day. She denied my trial by mail. According to the CVC code, she was not allowed to do that. So hopefully they drop my case for assumption of guilty from the get go, or grant my request for trial by mail. If they grant my request by mail, I have a really good chance of beating this ticket (knock on wood).
