i can't sleep.
I don't know what's going on... lately i've been unable to sleep at night?
Anyone has any tips out there?
I'm about to go running and maybe hit the gym. i'm not even a bit tired. this sucks.

rite now i cant sleep but iam just going to watch some tv and see if if i can go to sleep, before when i couldnt sleep i would go to the gym with my friend and work out and do a lot of running, and when i would get home i would fall asleep fast

i am up, but i stayed up til 4ish last night, then sleep until 1pm, then went back too bed at 5pm.now i am all ![[dance]](graemlins/dance.gif) screwed up!

he he.. i was up until 4am last night. had a pretty busy night.. got up at 6am.. went back to bed at 8am and woke up at 3pm.. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
i guess i'm gonna go running.. it's freaking cold though..

Damn, I just came home from work, tired as hell, I dont if i can fall asleep, i had a rockstar, redbull, and monster all within a 4 hour timespan, i got energy to burn

well... i went to sleep at 4:00am or so.. and woke up at 9am today. i'm not tired. my sleeping patterns are all fuc*ed up. i feels like i slept for 10 hours. oh well, we'll see what happens tonight. i guess i'm off to get some breakfast and fix my car up a bit.

Hell I have a horrible habbit. I got to bed around 12-1am then get up at 4am, on the road at 4:30-4:45 to be at work by 6am. Then work 6-5, M-F. Needless to say when the weekend is here I want to sleep in late, but I can't then I just feel tired all day.
