Topic: Offered a trade for my car..

And since I kinda miss having a truck, I may take the guy up on it.
The Truck
Plans for the truck if I do the trade would be to get it painted like this do a navagator front end swap, toss the rims for some nice Boyd Coddingtons and get a shaved tailgate/roll pan and a tonneau cover. Oh yeah, also would put a blower on it, or at the very least a NX kit.
Anyway even trade for my car. Way I see it truck does have high miles, but seems to be in good condition and it has a lot of build potental, where I am bored with my Mustang and it be fun to have something to work on over the winter..
Any thoughts??

yeah. I have way to much into a car that's worth 12k-ish on a good day from what I see similar cars going for..
I go through cars like I drink water, I build one, sell it and move one to the next one. Nothing new for me.. Just trying to figure out if I am crazy for considering a truck with high miles like that or if I'd be the one getting ripped off in the trade, lol.

im not a fan of lowered F-150's maybe if it was a silverado or something then ya but to me lowered/bagged f-150's look stupid.

Don't do it man.
If you have lost interest in the Mustang and it is time to move on, sell it, and buy something else.
But don't trade it for that truck.
I have always believed that once you lose the love for a car, it is time to move on.
I lost the love for my 67, sold it and never looked back. Did the same thing with my 87GT and 92LX Hatch. No regrets, despite the money and work I put in (other than some questionable mods)
I think I've found a keeper finally though (:

I'm done putting cash into my car.. Dunno what I could sell it for, but I know if someone walked up to me with 10k I'd tell them to get lost, and honestly I think $12k price tag for it would be pushing it big time, which I don't even know if I would sell for that if the offer came in..

if you wouldn't sell your car for 12k you should think about that truck harder, that thing looks like its worth 6k to me, but I wouldn't buy it for $1.
