Hearing a knocking noise around the strut top area on the driver side hitting bumps. This is after the initial alignment
Set up is eibach sportline springs, kyb agx shocks/struts and upr caster camber plates along with upr upper and lower rear control arms

Check your front sway bar mount.the spot welds on my wife's car started separated and making a clicking noise.just a thought.

Will check that out. Just looks like the top mount knocks and moves around with all the bolts tight

The strut moves up and down with the bolts tight? Add a strut spacer

The center rod with it tight moves up and down a little so the ball bearing is moving up/down on the driver side. Pass side is tight

Send them back to UPR for replacements.

Called upr they had some suggestions but I don't think they will take them back. They are roughly ten years old

Mine are a little older than yours and i told them either repair or replace them since it was not problem that they were failing. Sent them back. Got new ones. Don't take NO for an answer.
