Will check that out. Just looks like the top mount knocks and moves around with all the bolts tight

The strut moves up and down with the bolts tight? Add a strut spacer

The center rod with it tight moves up and down a little so the ball bearing is moving up/down on the driver side. Pass side is tight

Send them back to UPR for replacements.

Called upr they had some suggestions but I don't think they will take them back. They are roughly ten years old

Mine are a little older than yours and i told them either repair or replace them since it was not problem that they were failing. Sent them back. Got new ones. Don't take NO for an answer.
