1995 5 speed was thinking about explorer top end and tf stage 1 cam just to wake the car up. I have heard horror stories about modding sn 5.0, any input would be greatly appreciated.

That should work fine, so long as you've got an adjustable fuel regulator and a decent MAF if you're upgrading the injectors. Make sure you upgrade the springs on those heads, it'll need them. Good luck with the combo!
