Not 100% sure if I saw this before BUT..quadshocks do they serve a purpose whatsoever? Only info I've seen is the info on 4x4s with them but a purpose on a fox? I hear drag cars remove em for weight but what about for a street car?

They help quell wheel hop. Yes you need them, that is why they are on the car. On the street, with out them you run the risk of ripping out your torque boxes due to the wheel hop.

They do very little and if there not new or have beed changed, probably doing nothing. most everyone takes them off. rather than spending a dime on quad shocks, i would invest in decent control arms.

In my opinion...on a street car you need those quad shocks on there...even with aftermarket LCA..I'd say you need the quads still. If you are changing the stock configuration (i.e. MM LCAs/torque arm/panhard rod) then you don't need the quads anymore.

I don't run quadshocks, I have aftermarket upper/lower control arms so I have no wheel hop which is what quadshocks are for.

Wrong.... Shows how much experience you have had removing them. I thought you been doing this since I was in grade school ?
If you remove them your car will experience major wheel hop and like 79cobra stated you can potentially tear out the torque boxes.
