Author Topic: best way to paint fox interior?? 90_STANG015 ¯ Member # 8990 posted                              i want to paint some interior pieces in my 92 lx convertible. I want to paint the back pannels black to match the rest of the interior. i was wondering what are the proper steps when it comes to painting these pieces? best way to prep, best paint to use? Get automotive interior black paint at orchard or anywhere. 10-12 inches away and spray away. I did like 3 coats on my old arm rests and they came out better than new! Held up fine being arm rests they got some good use. Did the center arm rest too and came out great. IMO the more coats the better. I clean mine like normal, 303 aerospace protectant on a microfiber. it's still hard to tell which parts are factory black, and which I dyed. Alex Crisp (Lux) aka "Nasty Notch" of Oakland & Vallejo,out of this list of stolen parts has been selling a rare S351 intake and Vortech YS trim with removed serial number, finding out how to fill a TKO, selling a twEECer, and selling MM camber caster plates! He refuses to answer where these parts are now and who he got these parts from. Either Alex is a thief or knows who the thief is.People like Al ruin the hobby and contaminate our community.
