I went to one place and they said they don't think its the switch, any other ideas what it could be.

I checked all the regular fuses, but i don't have the fuse box cover to tell me what they go to, could it be one of the bigger fuses.

Sorry should have stated. Both Blinker's and Wipers work off one of the black relays. Im not sure witch one.
So relay/wiring

im having the same issue.swapped switches,problem still there. checked fuses too. i cant figure this out...

Its probably the switch, i would get a new one and replace it 1st thing

I was doing a search on the internet, and they said that there is a relay behind the radio somewhere, so I'm going to check that and let you know.

there is a relay behind the glove box for the relay that your talking about, does your headlights work?

changed ignition switch this morning and still the same problem. NO BLINKERS AND WIPERS AND NO AC BLOWER!!
