Smog Legal, good power increase, and sounds great. I went from an O/R H Pipe on my '94 GT to the Bassani set up and I love it. I definately felt a difference in power and it sounds awesome. But loud as hell; scares the shit out of kids and old people lol. It will however pass the sniffer but it wont pass the visual test. But imo I would go with a new 5 piece Bassani X-Pipe.
