automatic mustangs did not have computer controlled tranny's until 1995
surprised the fomoco parts guy didn't know that an AOD (foxbody auto) is not computer controlled...

The 88's did not have computer controlled automatics (AOD-E). But, the wiring harnesses are slightly different between a manual Mustang and automatic Mustang. There are actually transmission leads from the computer but they are not used. So, just get the harness to match the computer that you are using. Which EEC are you using? A9L?

they started in 94
if you can stay away from the 94-95 manual computers, it would be for the best, those pull timing between shifts for some reason
