I'm lowered 1.75 front and 1.5 rear. I've had ZERO problems with clearance, rubbing, or ride. The fronts are 18x9's. Yours is lowered a little more than mine, I think. The number 35 (or 40,45,60 etc) is a constant percentage of the "p" number, this percentage gives you the sidewall height. So a p295/35/18 is gonna have a higher sidewall than a p275/35/18 even though they have the same 35 percent.
