Do you have an aftermarket ignition booster? You shouldn't be losing wires so often. Is the resistance of the wire going above 6K Ohm / Foot? Is it causing a mis-fire?<br /><br />I know my car eats caps and rotors yearly but I run a Jacob's Electronics ignition. It's a big beast of an ignition but it was worth 0.010" of gap w/o blowing out under boost.
